Smart Education DMCA Policy

Last Updated: November 28, 2025

At Smart Education (“we”, “us”, “our”), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures we follow when addressing copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and global copyright standards.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been copied, posted, or used on our website in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Direct URL(s) to the infringing material on our website.
  • Your contact information — full name, email address, phone number.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay processing, so please ensure all required items are included.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA takedown request to our designated copyright contact:

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  • Review the claim
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user responsible for posting the material
  • Take appropriate action as required by law

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled was taken down due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following information:

  • Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed content and its previous location on our website
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was mistakenly removed
  • Your contact information (email, phone, address)
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local courts, if applicable

Valid counter-notices will be forwarded to the original complainant. If they do not file a legal action within 10–14 days, we may restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We strictly enforce a repeat-infringer policy. Users found repeatedly violating copyright rules may have their content removed and accounts restricted or permanently terminated.

5. No Legal Advice

This DMCA Policy does not constitute legal advice. If you require legal assistance, consult a qualified attorney.
