Role Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manager to lead the Governance and Scrum Office within our IT & Billing function. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, managing Agile practices, enforcing governance and change control protocols, and providing strategic reporting to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT & Billing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee Agile Scrum Office operations and coordinate cross-functional squads.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for weekly updates, Executive Committee (EXCO), and Board of Directors (BoD).
  • Implement governance frameworks and change control procedures.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing project and scrum team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in project management and Agile environments.
  • Mandatory certification in Project Management or Agile methodologies.
  • Preferred training or certification in IT Governance.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, telecom operations, and business process re-engineering.
  • Proven experience in change control and user acceptance testing.
  • Proficiency in systems analysis, networking, and programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
